Family/Matrimonial Law Seminars for Mental Health Professionals

I will be hosting a family and matrimonial law seminar series for mental health professionals with Deborah Kaminetzky, Esq. (@CedarhurstLaw on Twitter). The following topics will be discussed: grounds for divorce and the new “no fault” divorce law, child support, spousal maintenance, child custody/visitation, parental alienation, family offenses and orders of protection, and the duty to report family offenses.
The following dates and locations are currently scheduled:
Manhattan
Tuesday, June 14, 2011 from 9:30-11:00am at the Holiday Inn in Midtown located at 440 West 57th Street, New York, NY 10019
Long Island
Tuesday, July 12, 2011 from 9:30-11:00am at the Marriott Hotel located at 2 Marriott Plaza, Farmingdale, NY 11735 (near 865 Broadhollow Road)
Queens
Tuesday, September 13, 2011 from 9:30-11:00am at the Adria Hotel & Conference Center located at 220-33 Northern Boulevard, Bayside, NY 11361
