Livestock Animal Cruelty Law Article

by Cari Rincker on Oct.31, 2009, under Food & Ag Law

I recently wrote a livestock animal cruelty article addressing farm animal welfare issues in New York.  The article discusses five defensive moves that New York livestock producers should make to help prevent criminal prosecution.  Though the article is state specific, the article is informative to livestock producers all over the country.

If you would like specific information on livestock animal cruelty laws in your state, you are encouraged to seek counsel in your jurisdiction.  The article can be viewed online at JD Supra here.  As a reminder, my outline of New York animal cruelty law is also available here.
