Set-up a Consultation
Cari is available for both phone/Skype and in-person consultations at either the Illinois or New York office. To set-up a consultation, send the Initial Consultation Agreement to Cari at email@example.com along with time availability and helpful documentation. Cari charges a $250 consultation fee, which is refunded towards the retainer if retained. Cari enjoys having a personal relationship with her clients so in-person consultations are preferred. Cari is available outside of normal business hours for consultations on a case-by-case basis.
If you would like to set-up an After Hours Consultation outside the hours of 8am to 5pm Monday thru Friday or have an emergency/rush consult within 48 hours then Rincker Law, PLLC charges $450 ($250 of which will be credited back if retained). Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”), such as mediation and arbitration, is typically a cheaper and more effective means in reaching an amicable solution in a dispute. The Mediator is a neutral third-party present during settlement negotiations to help facilitate a workable agreement for the Parties. Cari is willing to travel for mediations and is available for virtual mediation. She handles mediations in a myriad of practice areas including food and agriculture law, animal law, family and divorce law, and commercial law.
Cari Rincker has completed the 40-Hour Basic Training, 24-Hour Divorce Mediation Training, and Community Dispute Resolution Apprenticeship through the New York Peace Institute. She also completed the 16-Hour Custody and Visitation Mediation Training through the Community Mediation Services, Inc. Cari has also completed the 18-Hour Basic Training through the State of New Jersey’s Office of Dispute Settlement and is also a R. 1:40 qualified mediator for the Civil, General Equity and Probate Cases and Civil Presumptive Mediation Program Roster in New Jersey. She is also on the New Jersey State Agriculture Development Committee’s mediation roster and the New York State Agriculture Mediation Program “NYSAMP” mediator list.
