Regan McGuill Booth

Associate Attorney

Regan McGuill Booth is an associate attorney at Rincker Law focusing primarily on food and agricultural law matters.

Originally from the Gulf Coast Region of Texas, Regan received her Bachelor of Science in Animal Science with a Certificate of Meat Science and a Minor in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University. She went on to receive her Juris Doctorate from the Michigan State University College of Law. Regan is licensed in Texas and California.

Regan brings extensive national agricultural law experience to her practice, drawing from legal internship experiences with the National Pork Board, her work with the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, and a background in business and estate planning. Prior to joining Rincker Law, she also spent two years at one of the largest insurance defense firms in California.

Regan is a Co-Chair of the Students and Young Professionals Committee of the American Agricultural Law Association (AALA) and a Vice Chair of the ABA Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources (SEER).

Outside of her work, Regan enjoys outdoor activities, fitness, and teaching her blind dog to play fetch.
