Cari is a member of the Amicable Divorce Network both in Illinois and New York. She takes a collaborative approach to divorces aiming to keep the parties out of court in hopes of reaching a resolution without seeking court intervention. Cari is passionate that when parents go to war with each other in court it is difficult for them to coparent afterwards - she aims to keep relationships intact but working towards creative and unique solutions for the family.

The term "uncontested divorce" does not mean that the parties agree on all issues- to the contrary, they could agree on nothing - but instead are resolving their issues without the assistance of a judge. It is important to Rincker Law, PLLC to serve families at every socioeconomic level, including low income families. We do not take on any pro bono divorces but depending on resources and caseload, Rincker Law, PLLC will take on select cases on a sliding scale basis.
