- Register trademarks and servicemarks with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (“USPTO”) or state level for standard character marks, design marks, and slogans/phrases
- Assist with the enforcement of infringement, including sending cease and desist letters and other necessary steps
- Draft and file licenses and assignments for copyrights and trademarks
Rincker Law, PLLC also understands the sensitivity of a businesses trade secrets and can draft and review both bilateral (two-way) or unilateral (one-way) Non-Disclosure Agreements.
