Thank you to all of you who participated in the last book discussion on Foer’s “Eating Animals.”  The discussion is still up on Google Wave if you just finished the book and want to join the conversation.  The next agriculture book discussion will be on Wesley’s J. Smith’s “A Rat Is a Pig Is a Dog Is a Boy:  The Human Cost of the Animal Rights Movement” on Wednesday, June 30th from 8-9pm ET.  The discussion will continue on Google Wave afterwards.  Folks of all viewpoints are welcome to attend.

If you plan on attending the discussion and still need an invite from Google Wave, please email me well in advance.  It takes Google several days (sometimes a week or more) to send the invites out.  It is not instantaneous (unfortunately).  If you are already on the Wave please email me at cari.rincker@googlewave.com and indicate your interest in the book discussion.
