I have started a discussion thread on Michael Pollan’s book The Omnivore’s Dilemma on google wave. I watched a few tutorials over the weekend and I am impressed by the possibilities. For example, there is an application that will do language translation so you can invite people to a discussion wave who speak different languages. I do not think that I have any international readers at this time, but if any of you would like for me to impliment this translation application for future discussions please let me know.
Google is playing a little “hard to get” with the wave. I am out of invitations but I have generous “ag tweeps” on Twitter and folks who I invited to the wave that would be happy to share invitations for this discussion.
