Kymberly has been working for Rincker Law, PLLC as a contract attorney for several years and has now joined the team as an associate attorney. We are proud to have her part of the team. She is admitted to practice law in New York and Florida. She attended Union College in Schenectady, New York for her undergraduate studies, where she graduated with high honors as a psychology major. She then obtained her J.D. from Pace University School of Law in White Plains, New York and, subsequently, her L.L.M. (with a concentration in family law) from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in Manhattan. Kymberly entered the field of matrimonial and family law as a way to couple her interest in psychology and personal relationships with her legal education.
Before joining Rincker Law, PLLC, Kymberly was an associate at boutique matrimonial law firms in Westchester County, Manhattan, and Florida. She was also a volunteer at the New York County Access to Justice Program-Uncontested Divorce Clinic where she assisted self-represented litigants in the divorce process. During law school Kymberly also participated in two legal clinics: one at the Pace Women’s Justice Center, where she represented clients in obtaining orders of protection and another at the Brooklyn Family Defense Project, where she assisted in defending families in child abuse and neglect proceedings.
Kymberly’s role as a wife and mother enables her to bring another perspective to our practice. When she is not busy with her infant daughter, Kymberly also enjoys running, yoga, cooking healthy meals, and playing the piano.
