Meet Linda: A Paralegal Making a Real Impact
Linda joined Rincker Law a little over a year ago, drawn to the firm’s strong reputation and its mission to support families, individuals, and businesses through life’s most important legal matters. She loves being hands-on in cases that genuinely affect people’s lives, from family law matters to real estate transactions to probate and estate planning.
“What excites me most about my role is being hands-on in cases that truly make a difference in people’s lives,” Linda shares. “I enjoy knowing that my efforts directly help clients move forward.”
What a Day in Linda’s Life Looks Like
As Senior Paralegal, Linda wears many hats. Her daily responsibilities include:
- Drafting pleadings and legal documents
- Reviewing discovery
- Preparing court filings
- Managing deadlines and case calendars
- Organizing files and supporting document workflows
- Assisting with estate planning, probate, and trust administration
- Coordinating with clients, courts, and attorneys
Each day requires focus, flexibility, and strong case management skills—qualities Linda brings to every task.
The Most Rewarding Part of Her Work
For Linda, the reward is in the impact. She takes pride in anticipating the attorneys’ needs, smoothing out the details, and ensuring every case moves forward efficiently.
“The most rewarding part of my job is helping the attorneys do their best work for our clients,” she explains. “I take pride in making sure every detail is in place so we can deliver the best possible outcomes.”
Skills That Set Linda Apart
Linda brings a unique blend of experience and personal strengths that help her excel in her position:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Patience and empathy, especially in sensitive family and estate matters
- Ability to manage complex cases with efficiency
- A broad understanding of multiple areas of law
- The ability to anticipate needs before they arise
- Trial preparation
- Assisting attorneys in court
She is the type of paralegal who brings calm, clarity, and structure to even the most complex legal matters.
A Memorable and Meaningful Moment
One of Linda’s most meaningful professional experiences in her career involved assisting an attorney with completing an estate plan for a client whose spouse was nearing the end of life. She accompanied her then-attorney to the hospital to assist with the signing and ensure the documents were executed in time, an experience that reinforced her commitment to compassionate, client-centered service.
“It was deeply emotional,” Linda recalls. “But it reminded me how important our work truly is. Being able to provide peace of mind to that family was incredibly meaningful.”
This example reflects not only her professionalism, but her heart.
Life Outside of Work
Linda believes strongly in maintaining work-life balance. Outside the office, she enjoys:
- Riding her electric bike
- Spending time at the gym
- Being with her family and her Maine Coon cat
- Cheering on her grandchildren at their sports events
These hobbies keep her grounded, energized, and ready to take on each new day.
The Work Behind the Scenes
“A lot of work goes into every case before it ever reaches the courtroom or a client meeting,” Linda says. “Paralegals manage the drafting, organizing, scheduling, and problem-solving that keep things moving forward. It’s not always visible, but it’s vital.”
Her work not only supports our attorneys, but it also elevates the entire client experience.
Proudly Representing Rincker Law
“I’m proud to be part of Rincker Law and to work closely with such talented attorneys,” Linda shares. “The work we do is meaningful, and it’s rewarding to know that my contributions help deliver high-quality service to our clients.”
Linda’s expertise, dedication, and leadership, both within the firm and now within CIPA, make her a standout member of the Rincker Law team, and we are honored to celebrate her achievements.
