I will be a panelist tomorrow at the New York Farm Bureau animal welfare conference in Albany, New York discussing animal cruelty laws that affect New York livestock producers. In preparation for the event, I developed an outline that will be distributed at the conference. My outline is available online here.
For those of you who cannot make it, the conference will be video-taped. I will provide the link if the video be available online. You can also contact Lisa Ovitt from the New York Farm Bureau at lovitt@nyfb.org.
I will also try to send a few tweets from the conference! Should be an exciting day. Very much looking forward to meeting New York livestock producers and driving through Upstate New York in the fall (my favorite season). Follow my tweets from my blackberry here and stay tuned for my debrief from the conference on this blog.
