You know me, I’m a cattle girl. I’m not just any kind of cattle girl, a Simmental cattle girl. I grew up on a Simmental cattle farm in Central Illinois and showing cattle at the American Junior Simmental Association (“AJSA”) Classics. AJSA Classics have a phenomenal educational program for the youth which include Sales Talk, Public Speaking, Cattle/Livestock Judging, Herdsman Quiz, and Showmanship in addition to the traditional cattle show. Illinois was the host state this year for the Junior Nationals in Louisville. Check out some of the photos below:
