Trained to Represent Claimants in the USDA Hispanic and Women Farmers and Ranchers Claims Resolution Process

I recently completed the training thru the National Agriculture Law Center (“NALC”) to represent claimants for the USDA Hispanic and Women Farmers and Ranchers Claims Resolution Process.  If you are a female or hispanic farmer or rancher who believe the U.S. Department of Agriculture improperly denied you farm loan benefits between 1981 and 2000, you may be eligible for a claim.

Although it is not required to do so, I encourage my readers to seek legal representation for the claim application process.  There is no Class Counsel in this discrimination case so applicants are free to use an attorney of their choice.

The Claims Package is currently available.  Those who are eligible must file no later than March 25, 2013.  If you have already filed a claim before the Claim Adjudicator, you can check the status of your claim here.

If you believe you might be eligible, please contact me at cari@rinckerlaw.com or (212) 427-2049.
