I will delve into Embryo Transfer (“ET”) contracts for cattle producers. I will touch upon three major issues to help protect the food or agri-business, namely (1) contract management, (2) trademarks and other intellectual property concerns, and (3) non-disclosure agreements. The presentation will discuss ways the food and agriculture lawyer can help manage these issues for the growing food or agri-business.

I will give an overview of farm animal cruelty law in New York as it applies to livestock producers. She briefly discusses search and seizure of farm animals. I conclude with pointers for agriculture lawyers to help counsel livestock producers develop a plan for their farm.
