Part of the reason why Rincker Law, PLLC moved last week is due to my expanding mediation practice. Not only have I completed the 40-Hour Basic Training and Divorce Mediation Training with the New York Peace Institute but I am a R. 1:40 qualified mediator for the Civil, General Equity and Probate Cases and Civil Presumptive Mediation Program Roster in New Jersey. Rincker Law, PLLC now has several conference rooms that are perfect to host mediations in a friendly environment conveniently located in Midtown Manhattan.
I am available for private mediation sessions in the areas of food/agriculture law, family/matrimonial law and business/commercial law. I am also available for “virtual mediation” (via Skype, Google Voice or telephone) or travel outside of New York City.
